This notice explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what your rights are.
Neurally is a trading name of Stuart Davis. Stuart is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@neurally.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your name, work email, company/role (optional) and message, submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded to hello@neurally.co.uk. Web3Forms processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- AI maturity assessment: your answers are scored in your browser and are not stored. Only if you choose to send your results does the same information as the contact form, plus your answers and score, go through Web3Forms to hello@neurally.co.uk. We count anonymous completions by result type in GoatCounter.
- Booking a call: if you book via Calendly, Calendly processes your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics: this site uses GoatCounter, a cookie-free analytics service that counts page visits in aggregate, without cookies or personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a working relationship follows, for the ordinary course of that engagement. Then we delete it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@neurally.co.uk.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the site or the tools behind it change.
