Ways to work together

Start with a free discovery call. From there, a Workshop, Diagnostic or Deep Dive each end with a fixed fee agreed up front and a clear recommendation on what to do next. You can stop after any of them. Continue with design, implementation support, transformation leadership, training or advisory, each scoped and quoted separately.

Free discovery call

A short conversation to set out the business problem, check fit, and agree the right next step. No obligation to proceed.

30 minutes Free.

What we cover

  • The business problem you're trying to solve
  • Whether Neurally is the right fit
  • Whether a Workshop, Diagnostic or Deep Dive makes sense yet (sometimes none of them do)

01

AI Opportunity Workshop

A one-day session with your leadership team to align on where AI could change the business model, products and operations.

1 day £2,500. Credited in full against a Diagnostic or Deep Dive booked within 60 days.

The work

  • A leadership-team session on where AI could change the business model, products and operations
  • Structured discussion to surface and stress-test candidate priorities
  • A recommendation on whether a Diagnostic or Deep Dive is worthwhile, and why

You receive

  • A shared leadership view of where AI could change the business
  • Agreed top 3 priorities, with next steps and owners
  • A written summary within 3 working days

02

AI Advantage Diagnostic

For a leadership team that already knows roughly where to look and wants a focused, evidence-based view of one or two priority areas.

1 week

The work

  • Leadership alignment and strategic context
  • Review of the agreed priority business areas or workflows
  • Opportunity, economics, readiness and dependency assessment

You receive

  • Prioritised opportunities within the agreed scope
  • An initial value hypothesis and key assumptions for each
  • A readiness, risk and dependency view
  • A recommended next step

Covers one or two priority business areas or workflows, agreed during scoping. For a board-ready view across the whole business, see the Deep Dive.

03

AI Transformation Deep Dive

For a leadership team that needs a board-ready view across the whole business or several functions.

2 weeks

Everything in the Diagnostic, plus

  • Wider scope: the whole business or several functions, not a single priority area
  • Operating-model outline: changes to roles, teams, workflows and decision rights around the top priorities; human, AI and automation boundaries
  • Board-ready plan and governance: a 90-day mobilisation plan with owners and decision gates, an AI governance and risk view, and a board recommendation pack

Delivered intensively over two weeks, with leadership availability agreed up front.

Priced once we know the scope, usually after one of the engagements above.

04

Operating Model and Transformation Design

For organisations that know where the opportunity is but need to redesign how the business will deliver it.

Six to ten weeks, depending on breadth Fixed fee, scoped per engagement

Typical outputs

  • Target customer journeys, products and propositions
  • Target workflows, decision rights and escalation routes
  • Roles, teams, capabilities and accountability
  • Human, AI and automation boundaries
  • Data, technology and governance requirements
  • A performance and value-realisation model
  • A sequenced transformation roadmap and pilot specifications

Product and digital transformation sit inside this work. Where validation is in scope, the tests, success measures and criteria to proceed, adapt or stop are agreed before testing starts.

05

Implementation Support

Hands-on support while the agreed changes are built and rolled out, so the plan survives contact with delivery.

Quoted after scoping, sized to the changes being delivered

This can include

  • Pilot specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Choosing and briefing specialist build partners
  • Working alongside your product and engineering teams on the first releases
  • Testing against the success measures agreed up front
  • Clear decisions to proceed, adapt or stop

We don't sell software or resell tools. Your teams, or partners we help you choose, do the build; we stay close enough to make sure it delivers what was agreed.

06

Transformation Leadership

Embedded, fractional or interim leadership to mobilise and deliver a defined priority transformation.

Fixed scope and term: for example, a defined transformation over an agreed period such as 3–6 months

This can include

  • Setting up the transformation and its operating rhythm
  • Aligning executives and resolving difficult decisions
  • Establishing teams, ownership and measures
  • Coordinating internal teams and specialist partners
  • Removing delivery barriers
  • Tracking value and adapting the plan
  • Transferring capability into the organisation

07

AI Training for Leaders and Teams

Practical training built around your own work, so people know how to use AI well in the roles and workflows that are changing.

Quoted after scoping, from a single leadership session to a series for several teams

This can include

  • A leadership session on judging AI opportunities, value and risk
  • Team sessions on the redesigned workflows, using your real work, not generic demos
  • What stays with people, where the checks sit and when to escalate
  • Working norms and usage guidance that fit your governance

08

CEO, Board and Investor Advisory

Ongoing access to independent senior judgement on AI, product, technology and transformation decisions.

Retainer for continuing access

Regular sessions to work through decisions, focused analysis where it's needed, and honest challenge from someone who has made these calls as an operator.

For boards and non-executives, an independent view on opportunity, investment, governance, readiness and execution risk. For private-equity and growth investors, AI and product value-creation assessment, due diligence and portfolio-company mobilisation.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

  1. 01Are you an AI consultancy? Not quite. AI is usually why people call us, but most of the work is on the business itself: its economics, products, organisation and delivery.
  2. 02Do you implement things? Yes. We lead agreed transformation work and support implementation hands-on: specifying pilots, choosing and briefing build partners, and working alongside your teams on the first releases. Your teams and specialist partners write the software. Scope, decision rights, resources and accountability are agreed before work begins.
  3. 03How are you different from a large consultancy? You work directly with a senior operator who can move from board-level choices into product, operating-model and delivery detail. Small, accountable and practical, with specialists added only where the problem needs them.
  4. 04Can we start with training or a build? Yes, if the problem and the expected value are already clear. We offer both, tied to your own priorities rather than off the shelf. If leadership still needs to decide where to focus, the free call, Workshop or Diagnostic come first.
  5. 05Do I have to book the free call before anything else? No, but most people do. It's a fast way to check fit and agree whether a Workshop, Diagnostic or Deep Dive is the right next step, with no fee attached.
  6. 06What's the difference between the Workshop, the Diagnostic and the Deep Dive? The Workshop (one day, £2,500) gives your leadership team a shared view of priorities and a recommendation on what to do next. The Diagnostic (one week, £6,000) goes deeper on one or two priority areas. The Deep Dive (two weeks, £12,500) covers the whole business, adds an operating-model outline and a board-ready mobilisation plan.
  7. 07Does the Workshop fee count towards later work? Yes. If you book a Diagnostic or Deep Dive within 60 days of the Workshop, its £2,500 fee is credited in full against it.

Fit

Who we work with

CEOs, founders, and product and technology leaders of scaling and established businesses of roughly 50 to 1,000 people. Typically AI could change your costs, speed or products, but it isn't clear how to get from experiments to real change.

The strongest fit

  • Real product, service or operational complexity
  • Enough scope for operating-model change to affect performance
  • Direct access to a CEO and leadership team able to act on decisions
  • Most often financial services & insurance, marketplaces & e-commerce, or B2B SaaS, and increasingly professional services

What a useful engagement needs

  • An executive sponsor
  • Access to the relevant evidence and people
  • Budget for the agreed work
  • Willingness to change how the business operates

We confirm all of this during scoping, before a fee is agreed.

Who does what

We lead the agreed diagnosis, design, executive alignment and transformation leadership, and support implementation and training hands-on. Your teams bring business knowledge and deliver the changes assigned to them. Specialist partners do the build where needed, with responsibilities agreed before delivery begins.
